Willow&Bee currently deliver Worldwide. Shipping is automatically calculated at check out.

Our postage options for Australia are:

- $10 Small Flat Rate Shipping
- $15 Large Flat Rate Shipping
- Free Shipping over $150!

Please note - Express shipping is not a 'rush order' service, it does not mean your order will be processed quicker, it is simply a postage upgrade with the shipping provider. If you need your item for a special event & would like your order 'rushed' please contact us before placing your order so we can make a special trip for you! 

We aim to ship all orders within 3-5 business days, however during busy periods we may exceed this time. Please allow extra time for personalised orders. Please note that we may offer Pre-Orders on items via our Social Media and/or Website. All Pre-orders will incur a 4-6 week wait time (unless otherwise noted). Please ensure you read the description of each item before finalising your purchase. If you order a mixture of in stock & pre-order items, your whole order will be held until all items are in stock. If you require your in stock purchase immediately, please process your orders separately.

Please note that our delivery days are subject to change without notice & circumstances out of our control may result in your Pre-Order taking longer than the expected delivery time. We will always communicate any unexpected delays as soon as possible & offer the option of swapping for another in stock item. 

Willow&Bee are not responsible for any delay within Australia Post or items that are lost in the mail. Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when making payment. Willow&Bee will not take any responsibility if your details are incorrect & your items are sent to the wrong address. If your package is returned to us, your item will be reshipped at your expense. If your item is not returned we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement. 

Unfortunately Willow&Bee does not offer cancellations or refunds for change of mind after payment has been made. Please consider this when you are choosing your items. We carefully check all of our items before sending, however if you find a fault in your product, we will offer a store credit or exchange if available. All returns must be lodged via the link on our website within 7 days of receiving faulty product. Please note that we DO NOT accept faults after 7 days, as we cannot confirm that your item was faulty on arrival.
